A perfect setting to hold our HLB North American Annual Conference within this luxury hotel. This year's conference is conveniently located on Florida's Gold Coast in Palm Beach County at this exclusive Boca Raton, Florida hotel just 24 miles north of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and only 28 miles South from Palm Beach International Airport (PBI).

Program & Registration

Each HLB USA firm is pre-billed for one (1) Delegate at $2,550. Registration for each additional Delegate is $2,550. A Guest/Spouse is welcome to attend for a special accompanying guest registration fee of $850.

Your delegate registration includes:
  • A Welcome Reception.
    Evening of May 20, 2012.
  • 3-days of Sessions with applicable materials.
    It is anticipated that the conference will qualify for a total of 8 hours of CPE credit.
  • 3-nights of Lodging with daily breakfast during your program stay.
    Lodging includes room, taxes and resort fee. Single or double occupancy only room stay. For more than 2 persons per room, please scroll down for conditions listed under ‘Hotel Accommodations’
  • Optional afternoon activity and most meals.

Accompanying Guest registration includes:
  • Guest activity scheduled for Tuesday, May 22, 2012, welcome reception, accommodations and daily breakfast during the program nights, optional activities and most meals.

This year will include a joint session with our HLB Latin American Members. From the time of this open registration it will be a work-in-progress to blend the two schedules from each group; therefore the following preliminary agenda involves only the HLB USA members. Want an ‘easy’ way to get some exercise and get closer to Spa Palazzo? Take a private dance instruction from Casa Salsa! And immediately following your newly learned skill, go celebrate by enjoying the comforts of Spa Palazzo. Participants will have full access to the spa facilities. Spa treatments can be reserved and purchased on your own. If you opt to buy a treatment, you will receive an upgraded add-on, a “Palazzo Ritual Bath” treatment, compliments of HLB USA.

Enjoy a round of golf on one of the resort’s two 18-hole courses, both of which have been certified by Audubon International as courses that conserve and restore natural ecosystems.

Activity includes a box lunch, green fee with cart use, club storage, tees and locker room access. Any rentals, snacks and incidentals are available at an additional cost to the player/delegate. Club rental is $85.00 per rental **all rates are subject to change.

SAIL: Catamaran Cruise & Thrill Ride - Click Here
A private intercoastal tour on a 55’ ocean sailing catamaran yacht. Relax and enjoy the scenery and company. For our thrill seekers on-board, an opportunity to ride in one of the offshore high speed powerboats scheduled to rendezvous with our private tour. Lunch is provided. Operated by Palm Breeze Charters.

**Advisory** by registering for any of these activities provides as an acceptance of your participation. Actual confirmation of your participation will be handled separately via email. Your payment is made directly to the Tour Operator. A credit card guarantee is required at time of confirming your participation; thereafter a full payment is required upon hotel arrival. Cancellation terms: Right to refund is limited. In the event you must cancel, notification of 72 hours or more prior to activity to avoid 100% cost of activity.

Everglades Airboat Tour at Sawgrass Recreation Park

Experience Florida’s river of grass, an expansive wilderness area of unmatched beauty that encompasses over 2500 square miles of South Florida. View the wonders of nature as you glide through Sawgrass Recreation Park via airboats on a 30 minute ride. Your guide/captain will discuss the ecological wonders and wildlife. Admission includes entrance into exhibit areas. This is a half-day experience. The park is located 38 miles from Boca Raton Resort & Club. First boat runs at 9:00 a.m., every 30 minutes. Gratuity for your guide is recommended and at your discretion. Reservations not required for admission to park; however, a private tour requires a reservation. Stand-Up Paddle Nature Tour by Spanish River Paddle Company
From $40 per person includes transportation {price subject to change}
Stand-Up-Paddle Kayak. No experience necessary! Enjoy this unique viewing perspective of wildlife. Paddle along shallow, protected shorelines out of the wind. You can observe creatures that live amongst the protected mangroves and sea-grass flats. We also will see a wide variety of unique wading and shore birds. The tour progresses at a leisurely pace with ample opportunities for everyone to observe, enjoy and ask questions about the environment. Tour includes embarkation at Boca Raton Resort or motor-coach transportation to selected launch depending on tides, tour guide, kayaks & paddles, and support staff. Reservations are required.  Tour is 2-4 hour duration. Gratuity for your guide is recommended and at your discretion. Nature Tour by Spanish River Paddle Company
From $40 per person  {price subject to change}
Want an ‘easy’ way to get some exercise and get close to nature? Take a guided tour on a kayak (tandem kayaks available too). Embarkation may begin at Boca Raton Resort and then paddle through mangroves and the Intra Coastal Waterway. Tour includes tour guide, kayaks & paddles, support staff, towels, and water and snacks along the way. 2 hour duration. Gratuity for your guide is recommended and at your discretion.  Guided by Spanish River Paddle Company; operated by Palm Breeze Charters.  Contact Spanish River Paddle Company for reservations or more information about tours.

Hotel Accommodations

Room type: Tower Waterway View; run of house. Type of room and listed room nights are included in your conference fees.

Room rate allows for single or double occupancy only. A triple occupancy room is an additional $30 per night plus 11% tax ($33.30 per night) and will be invoiced accordingly. Please note: the hotel allows a maximum of 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children less than 12 yrs. per guest room.

We have negotiated a conference rate 3 days prior and/or 3 days post conference for all Delegates, which extra nights are based on availability. Please note that any additional nights booked are to be paid by you upon hotel departure.

Our conference rate at Boca Raton Resort & Club starts at $269.00 plus a $20 resort fee per night, and 11% tax ($320.79 per night). An upgrade to Yacht Club room based on availability for an additional $40 per night plus 11% tax ($44.40 per night). Triple occupancy rate applies if more than two persons in room.

Confirmation
Confirmation of your arrangements will only be made upon receipt of your completed registration submission. Any subsequent changes must be advised in writing to Margie Osorio at mosorio@eidebailly.com

Cancellation
Due to the guarantees and financial commitments that HLB USA, Inc. is required to make with the hotel and all other conference suppliers, a commitment will be made on your behalf and cannot be cancelled when your completed registration is received. Changes to any of the arrangements on your registration may be considered a cancellation.

Travel Insurance
We suggest the purchase of your own travel insurance to provide coverage in the event that you have to cancel or change your registration.

Notice: Once you click "Submit" you have registered and HLB USA has made a financial commitment on your behalf and the fees outlined above are non-refundable. If for some reason you cannot attend the conference you may substitute someone else from your firm at no additional charge.
