HLB International is a world-wide organization of professional accounting firms and business advisers, each of which is a separate and independent legal entity and as such has no liability for the acts and omissions of any other member. HLB USA, Inc. is a US corporation which co-ordinates conferences, member services and other activities of the HLB USA organization but provides no professional services to clients. Accordingly, HLB USA has no liability for the acts and omissions of any member of the HLB International organization, and vice versa.
